Just ran across this one. You are much too self-critical of your appearance!! Those aren't fat hips! Absolutely NO on deleting.

Great Texture and framing. This is a really great natural shot.

Sure, you could retouch in Photoshop, cover blemishes and scars, nudge body parts, smooth textures, etc. etc. but I think it would subtract from the real beauty of this particular photograph. The grungy, gritty shades and yes, your "scar", make it "real". Polished is great in certain applications, but sometimes bare beauty expresses a more intimate emotion and draws the viewer into a private space.

You have done that superbly here.
